DynaPic is a Data Management Suite that runs right on your desktop computer, or even laptop! You can launch your Web Site, launch your Web Site Administration (BackOffice) to maintain your web site, print inventory reports and set warranty information -all from the DynaPic Data Management Suite!

DynaPic acts as a data-hub to facilitate the entire data distribution process. Data is received from a variety of Dealer DMS sources, such as Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP, UCS, EDS, and others. DynaPic can eliminate all the expensive multi-vendor hassles, and puts control back in your hands.

Are you a member of other leads-generating web sites such as AutoTrader or AutoByTel? The DynaPic system lets the data flow automatically. We communicate, set up, and schedule the exports for you. The DynaPic System is a no-hassle distribution solution!

DynaPic can also be used as a standalone system without a DMS and works with most bar code scanners that send un-encoded VIN numbers. In the standalone system the VIN is typed in from the keyboard, or scanned in with a bar code scanner. DynaPic will decode the VIN numbers for the Year, Make, and Model automatically, and add the vehicle to your system.

DynaPic can be installed on any desktop, laptop or notebook PC computer with Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, or XP. Minimum recommended hardware: 400mHz CPU, 64mb RAM, Network connection to the Internet, Memory Card Reader for reading images from camera (typically Compact Flash or Smart Media). Reynolds & Reynolds, ADP, UCS and EDS Dealer Management Systems (DMS) are currently supported. Other DMS systems may be supported, check with a DynaPic representative. To distribute inventory to another leads-generating web site, dealer must have membership with that web site. DynaPic does not provide a connection to the Internet. Dealer must already have connection to the Internet. DSL, Cable Modem, or faster ISP connection recommended. Dealer will purchase and maintain any hardware for use with DynaPic. Most digital cameras and memory card readers that are compatible with Microsoft Windows can be used with DynaPic. Bar Code scanners for VIN numbers that send un-encoded strings as keystrokes may be used with DynaPic. Web Site Administration features are available only with our web site service. DynaPic stores data remotely on the Internet to facilitate display on your web site and distribution to other services.
