How does it work?

1. Printing Window Stickers & Buyers Guides - Open DynaPic and click the Receive button. Both new and used vehicles will be imported from your DMS. DynaPic will notify you of newly arrived vehicles and give you the option to edit them, as shown below.

You can add vehicle options, decode the VIN numbers to populate your stickers, or setup options manually that will appear by default.


DynaPic offers a full list of vehicle options as well as stock pre-selected option defaults.	Fig. 3

When you are finished adding options you are ready to print Window Stickers & Buyers Guides.

2. Inventorying Your Lot - Print a list of vehicles currently on your web site with Web List.

Now with the Window Stickers and Buyers Guides you just printed, your digital camera and the Web List print-out, you are ready to inventory the lot. Apply the Window Stickers & Buyers Guides to the appropriate vehicles, and take pictures of those vehicles without photographs by comparing your inventory to the Web List.

Your may also use our Quick Worksheet to jot down information about newly arrived vehicles, such as stock number, year, make, model, etc, if needed.

3. Uploading Your Vehicle Photos - When finished taking pictures, remove the Memory Card from your digital camera, and insert it into a Memory Card Reader to access your photos in DynaPic.

Open DynaPic and load your images. Click Options, then Photo Directory, and select your Memory Card, then click Ok.

Select your Memory Card Reader drive and folder for browsing thumbnails. Fig. 7

DynaPic will show you the photos you have taken as thumbnails in the right half of the screen. Select a vehicle then Drag & Drop each photo to the vehicle photo list, as shown below.


For maximum ease, DynaPic uses the Drag & Drop standard most users are accustomed to.	Fig. 8

Once you have finished adding your photos to the correct vehicles, send your vehicles to the web by clicking Send on the toolbar.
